Instinctive ships worldwide from our fulfillment partners. All orders are processed as made-to-order items, which means your garment is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This ensures quality and reduces waste.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Instinctive does not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout.
Because all items are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-demand periods (new drops, holidays), production times may extend slightly — we will communicate any delays via email.
Total delivery time = Production time (3–7 days) + Shipping time (see regional estimates below).

Because all Instinctive items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to consult our Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
We do accept returns or replacements in the following circumstances:
Your item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
Your item was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
To initiate a return or replacement claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
Instinctive reserves the right to assess each claim individually. Approved replacements will be produced and shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
